At Glazito, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted crockery. Each product is packed with care to ensure it reaches you safely.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 06 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only in case of:
✅ Wrong product received
✅ Damaged or defective product
To request a return/refund, please follow these steps:
Raise the request within 3 days of receiving the package , Share:
A .Clear images of the product
B. Mandatory unboxing video showing damage/issue
Email your request to support@glazito.com
After verification, replacement/refund will be processed
Important Notes
Products must be unused and in original packaging
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
No returns for:
Minor colour / glaze variations (handcrafted items vary naturally)
Delay due to courier or logistics partner
Products damaged due to customer handling
Handcrafted Product Policy
Small variations in glaze, texture, and finish are expected in handmade ceramic products. These are not considered defects.
